MITCalc - Beam Calculation

Calculations of straight max. three times static indefinite beams with constant axis-symmetrical profiles. Simple definition of the beam type, 40 types of cross sections, graphic illustration of the moment, stress, deflection and bending angle. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language and supports Imperial and Metric units. The application includes also a table of materials and a table of area characteristics of W, S, C, L profile.

MITCalc - Buckling Calculation

Calculation of the optimum cross-section of slender struts strained for buckling and calculation of the appropriate strength check according to Johnson, Tetmajer, Euler and Secant method. Simple definition of the strut type - 40 types of predefined cross sections. Used standards: DIN 1025, 1026, 1028, 1029, 1024, AISC W, S, C, L, LU.

MITCalc - Tolerances

This calculation includes tables and calculations for easy option of fits of machine parts and determination of their dimensional tolerances and deviations. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language, supports Imperial and Metric units and is based on next standards: ANSI B4.1, ANSI B4.2, ISO 286, ISO 1829, ISO 2768, EN 20286, JIS B 0401.

MITCalc - Bolted connection

Geometrical design and strength check of a prestressed bolt connection, loaded by static or cyclic loading resp., acting both in the axis of the bolt and in the plane of the connected parts. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language and supports Imperial and Metric units. MITCalc - Profiles Calculation

The calculation solves area characteristics of profiles created in a simple graphic editor and mass characteristics of solids created by extrusion or rotation of the profile. Area characteristic are solved for main and turned axis and also all graphs are available as well. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language and supports Imperial and Metric units.

 

MITCalc - Multi pulley calculation

The calculation is developed for geometrical designs of belt and chain transmissions with more sprocket wheels (max. 15). It solve the necessary length of the belt (chain) using known positions and diameters of sprocket wheels. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language, supports Imperial and Metric units and support many 2D CAD systems. (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, TurboCAD...).
